What we collect, why we keep it, and how to have it removed. We last read this privacy page against the forms on 4 October 2026.

Who this is from

Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. A question about this page goes to the phone in the footer, +1 844-324-7273.

What you give us

When you use a form we receive the fields you can see. Your name, your phone, your email if you add one, the size band you pick, how current the books are, and the note you write. There is no hidden field that collects something else.

If you pick a time on the booking page, the calendar tool is Microsoft Bookings, and the details still reach Steven Palmieri.

What is collected on its own

A page view can store two random identifiers in your browser, one that lasts and one that ends when you close the tab, plus the page that sent you and any campaign tags in the link. It stays on our server so we can see which pages are worth keeping.

If your browser sends Do Not Track, that recording is skipped.

There is no advertising pixel, no visitor identification service, and no third party analytics. The network that delivers the pages keeps ordinary request logs for security.

Why we hold it

To answer you, to prepare for a call you asked for, to do the work if we engage, to see which pages help, and to keep junk out of the form.

Your name, your phone, and the note you send stay with this practice, and we do not sell them. We do not share them for someone else's advertising. No decision about you is made by a machine alone.

How long, and how to remove it

An enquiry is kept long enough to answer it, and longer only if an engagement and its records require that. If you want it gone, say so on the phone and it goes.

You can ask what we hold and ask for a correction. That request uses the phone already printed in the footer.

If this page changes

The date at the top moves when the page changes. A material change is made here, not announced somewhere you would miss it.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for a Social Security number, a bank login, or a card number on these forms. We do not publish a street, and the form does not ask for one. If the work later needs records, that request comes from the person you already spoke with, not from a new page.

The chat chip on the corner sends what you type to the same practice. It is not a separate company. If you would rather not use it, the phone in the footer is enough.

Dates named on this site, the twentieth and the May reports, are public dates a business in this city already has to meet. Writing them here does not attach them to your name until you send a form. Until that note arrives, the pages do not know who you are.
