CPA and Bookkeeping Dallas AlternativeQuestionsSend the question an open month still cannot answer.

People usually want the books caught up, the return prepared, and an answer in July. Those ordinary requests are what Steven Palmieri takes as Tax CFO and as the Entrepreneur's CFO.

What people usually mean

When someone says they need a CPA in Dallas, they usually mean one of a few ordinary things. They want the books caught up. They want the return prepared. They want a person who answers in July. They want the sales report, the property listing, and the May franchise report written on one calendar. They want owner pay decided before December. Sometimes they want two vendors turned into one conversation.

One kind of request is different, and the Disclosures page names it once. An assurance report stays off this file. The close on the tenth stays on it, and the page that names the limit is Disclosures.

Everything else on the long list is work this practice does under its own name. The months, the return, the dates, the election on an LLC, and payday stood up on the service you already operate. The pages on this site are those items, written out.

In a company, the person who decides the year sits above the people who close the month and above the signed report. The drawing below is that shape. It describes roles, not the worth of any person.

Send the oldest month you doubt

An unfinished month can still come in. We close that one before anyone guesses at the year. A newer month waits until the older one stands. Name the oldest month you would not call finished.

Who runs payday

You do, on a provider we can help you set up. If setup was started and never finished because each person thought the other would do it, that unfinished setup is a fair thing to send.

If the person keeping the books has gone quiet, the bank feed is still yours. Send the last month you can open and the name of the file you cannot. We start from what you can still reach, and we name what is missing before anyone prices the catch up.

A lender wants a signed report

Read the cover. Some files want the returns, the books, what you owe, and a recent closed month. A cover page that asks for a report we do not sign is the request the Disclosures page turns away. Covering a tax bill with a loan is not work we do. We can still make the books and the return ready.

Money we do not lend

A tax bill is not something we cover with a loan, and we do not promise what you will owe. You leave a call knowing the books and the return we can prepare, and the things we will not pretend to do.

The work, said plainly

The M Line is the McKinney Avenue streetcar, running daily from the Arts District up to West Village, and that ride is one we can take the same as you. A shop on that ride still wants the books caught up, the return prepared, and an answer in July, and we still want those three before the year is called finished.

The work is the monthly close, the reconciliations, the statements you can read, payday stood up on the service you already operate, and the tax return from those closed months. Steven Palmieri, who is our Tax CFO and the Entrepreneur's CFO, keeps that whole list. The one kind of report we do not sign is named on the Disclosures page, once.
